You Put in the Work. I'm Here to Make Sure It Shows on Stage.
Whether this is your first show or your tenth, posing is one of those things that's really hard to improve without someone in your corner giving you honest, specific feedback. That's exactly what I'm here for.

That number comes from the competitors I've coached across NPC bikini, wellness, and fit model. Posing plays a bigger role in placings than most people realize, and it's one of the few things you can still improve in the final weeks before a show. Getting it right matters.

First-time competitors, seasoned athletes switching divisions, women coming back after a break. I've worked with all of them. Every single one started somewhere, and none of them had it figured out before we started working together. That's the whole point.

I started coaching posing in 2020 and haven't stopped. I've been through multiple competition seasons as both a coach and a competitor, and every year I learn something new that makes me better at this. I'm still competing, still learning, and still obsessed with the details that make a difference on stage.
A Little About Me
I started competing in NPC Bikini back in 2018 and found something I didn't expect. Not just the competing itself, but the whole process of pushing yourself, managing your time, and figuring out how to make this sport work alongside a real life. I briefly "retired" from competing, but when the Fit Model division was introduced it pulled me right back in. I'm still actively competing and improving my own posing every season.
Outside of posing, I work full time as an engineer in the mining and construction industry. I train in my home gym in West Virginia. I know what it's like to balance prep with a demanding career, and that shapes how I coach. I'm not going to ask you to rearrange your life around posing. I'm going to help you get better within the life you've already got. Bodybuilding isn't just about the placings. It's about who you become in the process, the connections you make, and actually enjoying the ride.
