How to Get Started with Bikini Posing Coaching
We offer several ways to work together depending on where you are in your prep. For bikini competitors in prep, we recommend starting with the Monthly Posing Program. It gives you two private sessions and two video reviews every month so your posing is improving consistently instead of in bursts. If you're not quite ready for that, a single 1:1 session or video review is a great first step.

As soon as you know you want to compete! The earlier the better so you have more than enough time to learn all the necessary skills without stressing yourself out during your first prep.

I will work with you to find the best poses and how to adapt them for your unique body. We must do certain mandatory poses, but there are many nuances to every pose and move that we can implement to make it your best look. Posing is just as unique as you are!

Yes. We will ensure that your whole routine is cohesive and allows you to present yourself and your physique in the best way possible. From the moment you take your first step on stage, to the moment you walk off.
Overall flow and presentation is one of my biggest strengths as a posing coach. I will give you multiple options for arm movements and transitions, as well as give you adjustments as we begin to decide on what we want your routine to look like. Every person is unique, so your routine needs to be as well!
We will also go over some exercises you can do backstage to help get your mindset right and pose at your best come show day.

No! Outside of during quarter turns for wellness, it does not matter which side you pose on for your front pose. This applies for fit model, bikini, and the wellness front pose- choose whichever side you are most comfortable and best presenting your physique.

Yes! I will gladly explain the why behind any changes or adjustments to your posing, as well as explain why we are doing certain poses or movements. I believe heavily that knowledge builds confidence.
