Frequently Asked Questions

As early as you can. The more time you give yourself to work with a posing coach and learn the fundamentals (mandatory poses, transitions, your stage walk, routine flow), the less you're trying to cram in when prep gets stressful.
Start working on your competition posing as soon as you know you want to compete. That way, by the time peak week hits, posing feels like second nature instead of another thing on your to-do list.

We offer online posing coaching for competitors at every stage of prep or offseason. Whether you need real-time coaching, detailed feedback on your posing, or something you can work through on your own schedule, there's an option that fits.
If you're in prep and want the best results, we recommend the Monthly Posing Program. It's the most consistent way to improve and the option most of our competitors choose.
Our 1:1 virtual posing sessions are held over Zoom. We work together live, and afterward we send you the full recording so you can review everything and keep practicing between sessions. We also offer video reviews where you record and submit your posing, and we send back a detailed breakdown of your angles, transitions, and presentation within 48 hours.
If you'd rather start on your own, we have self-guided posing courses and ebooks that walk you through the fundamentals of bikini posing, fit model posing, and stage walk technique at your own pace.
And if you want ongoing support throughout your competition prep, the monthly posing program gives you both private sessions and video reviews each month so you're getting consistent coaching the whole way through.

Pricing depends on the service. Check out the Services page for a full breakdown of each option and what's included.

The Monthly Posing Program is our most popular coaching option for competitors in prep. Each month you get two 1:1 posing sessions over Zoom and two video reviews, which works out to weekly coaching feedback throughout your prep. You also get priority booking for sessions and discounted rates on any additional sessions you want to add.
Most competitors choose this program because the weekly consistency makes a real difference compared to booking sessions one at a time. Your posing builds on itself session to session instead of resetting between appointments.
The program is $175/month. You can sign up on the Services page or reach out if you have questions about whether it's the right fit for where you are in prep.

t really depends on where you're starting. Stage-ready posing goes beyond learning a routine. You need to understand what the judges are looking for, how to execute different walks, and how to stay fluid and composed from the moment you walk out until you walk off.
If you already feel good in heels and have some posing experience, it might take fewer sessions. If you're newer to competition posing, plan on building things up over time. We're always conscious of your budget and we won't recommend more posing sessions than you actually need.
-
Have the following ready before we start:
Your heels, form-fitting clothing or a bikini (skip the baggy clothes since we need to see your shape clearly), a tripod for your phone, and enough open space to stand and move around in. Set your camera up so we can see your full body, feet and shoes included. We need to watch how you take steps, how your weight shifts, and how your body moves to give you the right corrections.
Download the Zoom app on your phone before our session. All 1:1 posing sessions are held virtually over Zoom.
-
We start with your mandatory poses. Depending on your division and how fast your body picks things up, this can take up most of the session. That's totally normal, especially if you're new to competition posing.
If we have time, we'll get into some basic routine footwork, transitions, and body positioning. We'll show you the movements first and then walk you through them.
After the session, we'll send you the full recording. You'll have access to it for two weeks to review and practice your posing at home. After that, the recording won't be available on our end anymore, so make sure to download it if you want to keep it.

IWe've coached athletes dealing with scoliosis, arthritis, and all kinds of other injuries and mobility issues. As posing coaches, we know that posing is not one-size-fits-all. We work with your body to find positions that look great on you and feel comfortable.
Just give us a heads-up about any limitations before we start so we can have the right exercises, stretches, and pose modifications ready for you.
-
Yes. We've worked with competitors all over the world through virtual posing sessions. If our regular session times don't work with your time zone, just reach out and we'll figure out a time that does.
-
If you cancel within 24 hours of your posing session, you'll receive a partial refund of $35 since last-minute openings are tough to rebook. If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can and we'll do our best to move things around for you.
What is the difference between Personalized Coaching and Self-Guided Learning?
This is for you if you're serious about improving your stage presence and want coaching built specifically around your body. Whether you're deep in prep or just starting to think about your next show, personalized coaching gives you direct feedback you can act on immediately.
Personalized coaching includes our 1:1 posing sessions, video reviews, and the monthly posing program. Every piece of feedback is based on your physique, your division's judging criteria, and your individual goals for stage — not a cookie-cutter formula.

Self-Guided Learning
New to posing? Not quite ready for 1:1 coaching? Start here. These resources were created to give you a strong foundation — covering the basics of posing for your division so you can build confidence and start practicing on your own.
Choose from written Ebooks or video courses that break down posing fundamentals step by step. All self-guided programs are available through the Whop app, which also gives you access to community chats and bonus posing tips.
Self-guided options are a great starting point, but they're not a replacement for personalized coaching. When you're ready to take things further, we'll be here.
